FAQ

CORONA.

Can the festival be cancelled while it is running?

As with any event, it is possible for the festival to be cancelled due to violations of official regulations. Therefore, we work to clarify all imponderables as best as possible in advance and to coordinate them with the authorities. At the same time, we also reserve the right to cancel the festival ourselves in the event of gross violations of the applicable regulations. Therefore, take care of yourselves and look after each other, then nothing will stand in the way of a weekend together. We see it as a joint experiment with a high chance of success, but it is up to each guest and of course to us, the organizers and artists.

What happens if I fall ill? Can I change my ticket to another person?

As the tickets are personalized, we will check your ID at the entrance. If for any reason you are unable to attend the festival, you can change your ticket to another person. Please contact us via info@veryl-festival.de

What happens if it turns out that an infected person was present?

All tickets are personalized so that we have the contact details of everyone present and can inform them of an infection if necessary. We work closely with local health authorities and recommend the use of the Corona-Warn-App.

Who can I contact if I have concerns or feel unsafe?

Please contact our local Awareness Team who will help you. You can find out exactly where to find them in the programme, the notices on site and announcements on the floors.

CAMPING.

Can I park my car next to my tent?

Allcars on the festival site need a car pass. There will be a separate car camping for them. The normal camping area is not accessible by car. We recommend that you travel by train. There is a direct connection to Werneuchen from Berlin Ostkreuz with the RB25 - the journey takes about 30 minutes. From the station in Werneuchen you can walk to the festival site in about 30 minutes. If you decide to come by car and don't have a car pass, there is a special car park outside the festival area.
